On May 21, 2026, a delegation from KazGASA, led by Rector Bakhtiyar Sabdenaliyev, visited Maqsut Narikbayev University as part of the development of interuniversity cooperation within the Academic Integrity League Akademiialyq Adaldyq Ligasy.
The KazGASA delegation included deans of the university’s schools and representatives of administrative divisions:
- Bakhtiyar Sabdenaliyev – Rector of IEC;
- Ayana Zhuandykova – HR Director;
- Manas Khasenov – Dean of the School of Architecture;
- Orazaly Seitkazinov – Dean of the School of Construction;
- Turar Uzakbayev – Dean of the School of Design;
- Aliya Aldungarova – Dean of the School of Engineering;
- Aisaule Aitbayeva – Head of the Center for Professional Development.
The working visit was organized to study best practices in academic integrity, education quality management systems, human capital development, and university collaboration with the business community.
As part of the program, representatives of KazGASA familiarized themselves with the university’s campus and educational infrastructure and participated in a series of working meetings with the leadership and academic community of MNU.
Particular attention during the meetings was paid to the implementation of academic integrity principles in educational and administrative processes, internal quality assurance mechanisms, collegial governance systems, and the activities of academic quality committees. The parties also discussed university cooperation with employers, the development of student career pathways, HR strategies, and the formation of a strong corporate culture within the academic environment.
During the visit, the parties also discussed prospects for further cooperation, implementation of joint initiatives, and exchange of managerial and educational practices.
