The structure of the academy includes 27 research laboratories that cover key areas of the architecture and construction industry and ensure a high level of applied research.
Model Workshop "FabLab"
A modern space for transforming architectural ideas into physical models:
- Production of wooden models in various shapes and configurations
- Creation of prototypes and products for the academy’s educational and exhibition purposes
"Seismoplatform" Laboratory
Center for Seismic Resistance Research:
- Testing of models and building structures for seismic resistance
- Analysis of object behavior parameters during earthquakes — aimed at improving the reliability and safety of designed buildings
"Geotechnics in Construction" Laboratory
Scientific Support for the Stability of Building Foundations:
- Tensile testing of geotextile materials
- Soil analysis for shear strength, shrinkage, and other physical and mechanical properties affecting the reliability of structures
