On January 29, KazGASA hosted a guest lecture by Timur Nurtayev – a graduate of KazGASA, a hereditary builder, entrepreneur, and public figure, holder of the honorary badge “Honored Builder of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, founder of TIMUS Construction and TIMUS Development, and President of the 26 Business Club.

Timur Nurtayev delivered a lecture for students entitled “The Path from a KazGASA Student to the Largest Developer of the Nauryzbay District.” During the meeting, the speaker shared his professional journey, experience in the construction industry, business development insights, and key factors contributing to success. Special attention was given to the practical aspects of entrepreneurship, including challenges faced by companies at early stages, management decision-making processes, and the competencies most in demand among young professionals in construction and development today.
