Application deadlines
1. Prepare documents:
- Copy of ID.
- Certificate of enrollment in KazGASA.
- Medical certificate (form 075).
2. In person at the Student Housing Department:
- Online via the KazGASA portal.
In person at the accommodation department.
3. Wait for confirmation and room assignment.

Payment Terms
Student House No. 1

Accommodation Conditions
Each room consists of two sections:
• 2-person section;
• 5-person section.
Each section includes:
• restroom;
• shower.
Each floor has:
• 2 utility rooms.
Accommodation Fees
• 2-person section – KZT 80,000/month per bed.
• 5-person section – KZT 60,000/month per bed.
• Room cleaning is included in the price.
Additional Conditions
• Deposit – KZT 20,000 (paid once upon move-in).
• The deposit is refunded after move-out, provided the room is returned in proper condition.
• Payment is made upfront for 5 months of accommodation.

Accommodation Conditions
Room types:
• 2-person;
• 4-person;
• 6-person.
Each room includes:
• restroom.
Each floor has:
• 1 shared shower;
• 1 utility room.
Accommodation Fees*
• 2-person room – accommodation fee for the 1st semester: KZT 360,000; for the 2nd semester: KZT 240,000 per month per bed.
• 4-person room – accommodation fee for the 1st semester: KZT 330,000; for the 2nd semester: KZT 220,000 per month per bed.
• 6-person room – accommodation fee for the 1st semester: KZT 300,000; for the 2nd semester: KZT 200,000 per month per bed.
Additional Conditions: Payment is made by semester.

Required Documents for Dormitory Check-in
- Dormitory allocation order (issued by the relevant school’s dean’s office)
- 4 photos 3×4 cm
- 2 copies of ID card
- Fluorography scan copy
- Power of attorney or legal representative (for minors)
