KazGASA Included in Official CSCSE List of Kazakhstani Universities

The International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) has been included in the official list of Kazakhstani higher education institutions published by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), an organisation under the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The inclusion strengthens KazGASA’s international profile and may support further academic, research, and educational cooperation with China.

KazGASA’s inclusion in the CSCSE list is an important development in the university’s international engagement. In the published list of Kazakhstani educational institutions, KazGASA appears under the name Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Construction (哈萨克国立建筑学院).

The inclusion is particularly relevant as Kazakhstan and China strengthen their strategic partnership, in which education, science, innovation, and the training of highly qualified professionals play an important role.

It also comes as KazGASA expands cooperation with leading Chinese universities in architecture, construction, urban planning, engineering technologies, and sustainable urban development.

Being listed by CSCSE makes information about KazGASA more accessible to the Chinese academic community and may support further international educational initiatives, including:

– expanding academic mobility for students and teaching staff;

– attracting international applicants and strengthening Kazakhstan’s education exports;

– developing and implementing joint educational programmes, including dual degree programmes;

– advancing joint research in architecture, construction, digital design, and engineering technologies;

– strengthening long-term institutional partnerships with universities and research organisations in China.

KazGASA’s inclusion in the CSCSE list coincides with increased cooperation between the university and Chinese institutions. In October 2026, the International Educational Corporation took part in the 10th International Forum of the Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (BRAUIC) in Jinan, China.

These developments are part of KazGASA’s broader effort to connect Kazakhstan’s architecture and civil engineering education with the international academic community.

The International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) will continue to expand its academic partnerships, develop joint educational and research projects, and strengthen the international position of Kazakhstan’s architecture and civil engineering education.
